Applications of ferrous sulfate
The scope of application of ferrous sulfate is very wide:
- First of all, in metallurgy for the production of titanium oxide from ilmenite.

- In the mining industry, iron sulfate is used to extract valuable components from ore that contain a lot of sulfur.

- In agriculture, iron sulfate has established itself as a fungicide – a product that fights fungal diseases of plants.
- In addition, iron monosulfate is used for disinfection of premises and for whitewashing plantings. Iron sulfate is good for treating flowers and garden plants. The application dose will be 5-10 grams per 10 liters of water. To feed strawberries or currants, you need to apply them to the foliar area of the plant.
