Hardnesses and options:
Molded friction linings GC-E, GC-ES, GC-MK and GC-PZ 250 are produced in two standard hardnesses and in custom designs. They are marked:
+Z – mesh reinforced
+N – with standard cut or according to customer’s drawing
+6 – hardness from 55° to 65° Sh D /standard/
+8 – hardness over 75° Sh D /very hard/
Marking example:
1. GC – E + ZN6 – escutcheon reinforced with mesh, threaded, with hardness from 55° to 65° Sh D /standard/
2. GC – ES +8 – overlay with hardness over 75° Sh D /very hard/
3. GC – MK +Z – rubber with standard hardness, reinforced with mesh
