Description Electric cardboard 1100×1000 mm (≠1.5 mm)
Electric cardboard is made from a combination of cotton and sulphate pulp by calendering or rolling, produced in sheets or rolls. The material is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
Due to its high level of wear resistance, it is used to store documents, as well as the production of tailor’s patterns. In polygraphy it is applied to production of covers of folders, books, notebooks, various packing. The release of electric cardboard is carried out in rolls, the thickness of which is 1-8 mm. This electric cardboard is used in electrical equipment, as well as transformers with an operating temperature not higher than 105 degrees. Due to the different thickness of the sheets, the expansion of the scope of the material is ensured. In addition to insulating parts, insoles and backs for shoes, visors and patterns for hats are made from electric cardboard.
At the moment, electric cardboard is a very popular material with a significant shelf life (36 months from the time of manufacture). Used in electrical equipment as insulation, for the production of various products as a printing material, is a durable raw material for the shoe and textile industries.
Electrical insulating cardboard has a number of valuable properties:
– smoothness of the material;
– stiffness and density;
– low level of compressibility;
– resistance to wear;
– cute appearance and pleasant to the touch.
Application
As a result of these properties, it has become widely used in many areas:
– electrical insulating material in various equipment;
