Perchlorovinyl plastic has unique features due to which it is not affected by the external environment. And also resistant to sunlight, very durable. The service life of unplasticized PVC is 50 years.
Sheet plastic is perfectly glued and welded, has high chemical resistance, and is odorless. Due to the presence of chlorine in its composition, it does not burn. Having a high density, PVC-U is larger in mass than PE, but lighter than PTFE. It is characterized by ultra-high mechanical strength.
The structural composition is not destroyed even under the influence of concentrated acids, such as formic, sulfuric, acetic, except nitric.
Application of vinyl plastic
Plastic sheet is used for the production of lining for units operating in highly aggressive conditions. Parts made of it work well at temperatures from +0°С to +60°С, at minus 50°С, when a strong structure is preserved, and plasticity is lost.
