Description

Highly purified solid petroleum paraffin (food) is used for impregnation and coating of food packaging (compared to film-coated packaging, waxed packaging allows you to keep food fresh for a much longer period). Widely used in the manufacture of candles. As components of alloys for coating wooden, concrete, metal containers intended for food storage. In the production of various model wax formulations, pharmaceutical and cosmetic preparations (e.g. cosmetic paraffin with additives or a special paraffin medium for histology), as well as veterinary preparations and rodent baits. Also used directly in the food industry, for example for coating cheeses. Quite often it is considered by manufacturers as an analogue of liquid paraffin of a wide fraction in the production of dry fuel.
