Electrodes for vinyl plastic welding

Vinyl plastic rods are a product whose main component is unplasticized vinyl chloride. They are used as a filler material when welding products from vinyl plastic.
The welding process is carried out at a sufficiently high temperature: from 230 to 250 degrees Celsius. The strength index of welded joints in relation to the index of the source material is about 75-90%. The welding seam can be easily machined. Products have a modification of a simple or complex (double) profile.
Due to the properties of vinyl plastic, rods are used as a filler material when welding sheet products and various profiles, which are used as facing and structural elements in the chemical industry, in particular, equipment. It can be operated at temperatures from 0° to +60° C., as well as at temperatures up to -50 degrees Celsius, if the product is not subjected to shock, vibration and other mechanical stress. Vinyl plastic rods are packed in packs, wrapped in a polymer film, stacked on flat wooden pallets, together with which they are pulled together with a steel packing tape.
